About Us

D V Kapur Foundation is committed to transforming lives through education and fostering innovation for a better tomorrow. By providing financial support to exceptionally talented children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, we aim to unlock the potential of young minds and nurture future leaders who will contribute meaningfully to society.

A Catalyst for Change, education is a powerful tool for social transformation. At the D V Kapur Foundation, we believe that by identifying and empowering gifted children, we can create a ripple effect that benefits communities and society at large. Our primary focus is to support the education of these children, ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of their success.

As part of our ongoing efforts, we are contemplating constituting awards to recognize the contributions and efforts of scientists/technocrats for innovation in various fields pertaining to energy sector. The awards aim to acknowledge and promote indigenous technological innovations that contribute to the clean energy transition in India. Given the rise of India’s start-up culture, we believe these awards will highlight significant progress and milestones achieved by innovators in this vital sector.
